4th Annual Old-Fashioned Low Country Boil
Saturday, May 17, 6:00pm to 10pm
Back by popular demand! A Southern tradition originating on the barrier islands on South Carolina, you may also know this recipe as Beaufort Stew or Frogmore Stew. For those not familiar with this staple of Southern seafood cuisine, it is a combination of fresh shrimp, corn-on-the-cob, Polish sausage, new potatoes, and onions boiled together with spices and then drained.
